We’re looking for Sales Executives to join our rapidly expanding team during a hugely exciting time of company growth. These full-time positions will communicate with wholesale partners to provide them with our wide range of products and services.
Working hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, and you’ll be based at our Bristol office in Clifton.
What you’ll be doing:
- Calling new and existing UK customers (B2C) to offer them Optimus’s wide range of products/services.
- Becoming an expert on Optimus products and the property market to ensure customers receive the right advice and have confidence in the service they receive.
- Taking a consultative sales approach to ensure the customers get the right products for their needs.
- Looking for opportunities to cross-sell across other services we offer.
- You will develop your sales skills working through the sales process across the whole home mover journey, from conveyancing and surveys and other home moving services.
- You will progress through our sales academy, becoming an expert in all areas of the business to enable you to sell the full range of Optimus services.

- Confident with Microsoft Excel, able to pick up cloud-based software that we use
- Fast learner who is keen to become an expert in their field
- Outstanding customer service
- A polite and friendly manner
- Self-starter that can be trusted to work independently
- A proven track record in a successful sales environment
Candidates with sales and/or customer service experience would be ideal. Telephone based experience would be advantageous.
