Robert has been with the business for over 10 years. He started in our Estate Agency conveyancing team before becoming a Key Account Senior Service Manager. His analytical approach and understanding of the business saw him successfully become our Commercial Manager in 2019 and since then he’s gone from strength to strength supporting management and team leaders with analytics and insight which help guide key decision making.
Heading up our commercial reporting function, Robert is known for being diligent, accurate and efficient in all aspects of his work. If anyone needs to know anything – they can rely on a prompt, accurate and informed response from Robert. He’s our fountain of knowledge. It’s the consistency and reliability, delivered with his own unique wit and humour, that has led Robert to win this month’s Star Performer award. He’s always there to support his team members.
