How we help
Extensive due diligence
When vetting prospective panel members, we carry out an extensive set of due diligence checks, i.e. regulatory body, certification, information security, and credit checks. We then personally visit each firm at their premises to ensure quality.
Trialling our panel members
If prospective panel members meet our high standards, we work with them on a trial basis. We carefully monitor their performance throughout the conveyancing process and only release them to our main panel if they successfully complete the trial.
Ongoing checks and monitoring
We continually monitor the service of our solicitors to ensure they continue to offer exceptional service to customers.
Identify risks and resolve problems
We do the chasing, so you don’t have to. Our in-house team keep an eye on each transaction to ensure it is progressing smoothly according to our service level agreements (SLAs). If we can spot any early signs of problems or delays, we proactively engage with those concerned to resolve the matter.
Expertise on hand
We employ from industry, so many of our team have backgrounds in estate agency, brokers and conveyancing – so we really talk your language. If you have a question or query at any point through the transaction, you can always get a straight answer from one of our team.
