Recently, we spoke with 100 senior-level employees in mortgage broker firms in England, Scotland and Wales.
At a time of significant market uncertainty, we learnt what’s currently of concern to mortgage brokers and where they see future opportunities to help drive the success and profitability of their firms.
For example, 61% of mortgage brokers are frustrated by the length of time it takes to complete a property transaction. Hence perhaps why 62% state the challenging economic climate as their biggest business concern for the year ahead.
