This month, New Business Executive, Emmely Slabon, is our deserving winner.
Emmely has been chosen this month as she has been one of the most consistent performers in Optimus throughout the year. Not only does she hit her targets but she regularly smashes them. Her consistency is superb! She is also starting to see what she can do to improve on existing processes, get stuck in, and work as a team to achieve our goals.
