This is designed to honour those individuals who consistently exceed expectations while upholding the core values of our company. This summer we have combined our July and August winners into one post to celebrate. Our summer winners are Tilly Tilbrook and Lucy Bushell!
Tilly has been chosen for the fantastic contribution she continues to make to the business. From successfully onboarding new firms and keeping finances on track to providing great leadership for her team, she consistently delivers excellent results. Tilly isn’t one to shout about her achievements, but her dedication and impact make her thoroughly deserving of this recognition.
Lucy has been chosen for consistently delivering high-quality work and for pushing herself beyond her usual responsibilities and comfort zone. Last month, she confidently led a searches session with one of Optimus’ partner firms, showcasing her expertise and professionalism throughout. The presentation was really well received and demonstrated exactly what our Success remarkable value is all about.
