Celebrating Tilly’s Outstanding Collaboration Skills: April’s Star Award Winner

We are thrilled to announce that Tilly has won April’s Star Award at Optimus for her outstanding collaboration skills! April’s star theme was collaboration, and Tilly truly exemplifies what it means to work together with others to produce something great. 

In Tilly’s role, as an Operations Manager, Tilly excels at communicating her own ideas and opinions in a way that is both respectful and productive. This spirit is what makes Tilly a true asset to Optimus and the reason why colleagues voted for Tilly as this month’s winner

Tilly has been a leader in this regard, always willing to lend a hand and work with others to get the job done. Her enthusiasm and commitment to collaboration have been a driving force for our team. 

About Tilly: 

Prior to joining Optimus, Tilly has worked in sales, and customer service in both the education and technology industries. She was drawn to the property sector as an exciting industry to be a part of and was eager to join a company that was making their mark
