Conveyancing contract extension agreed between Yopa and Optimus
Yopa, the full service, fixed-fee estate agency business, has awarded a three-year contract extension to Optimus, part of the UK’s leading land and property data business Landmark Information Group, which will see the firm continue to operate as its conveyancing panel management partner.
Via the Optimus service, Yopa’s customers are able to quickly obtain property conveyancing quotes and a one-click option to immediately instruct a highly-rated, performance managed conveyancing firm to finalise the transaction, either within the Yopa platform or via the Yopa agents in the new conveyancing portal.
All property law firms on Optimus’ panel have been selected based on strict criteria, which includes service level agreements (SLAs) to provide a reliable quality and a credible, fully transparent experience.
