In May 2021, Optimus launched the star awards, our monthly performer of the month award, set up for members of the team to acknowledge the great work of their other team members.
How it works?
Every team member gets one vote, each month, for someone in the Optimus team who they feel has demonstrated our unique ethos;
we care about customers, we solve problems, we get good outcomes, we think differently to move forward, we have good ideas and put them into action, we work together as a team, we go the extra mile when we need to, everyone has a voice when it comes to making things better.
The Optimus team has more than doubled over the last twelve months and Ermes has won the award with votes from his fellow team members, both new and old.
Ermes joined Optimus, previously Aventria, back in February 2019 as our first telesales consultant on the MoneySuperMarket account. Ermes and the other MoneySuperMarket team members have delivered consistent results on the account and driven the Optimus “customer first” approach through every part of our sales and service processes. Ermes was recently promoted to New Business Manager on MoneySuperMarket and oversees a team of service and sales consultants, as well as personally delivering the first training module to all our new recruits.
