Steve joined the Optimus service team back in March 2021, during one of the busiest periods in housing market history. Since the day he joined, Steve has taken on and successfully delivered every task that’s been thrown at him, working thoroughly and diligently through every detail.
On joining, Steve worked hard to ensure he was well-informed and knowledgeable about Optimus, both the processes and services we provide. This outstanding attention to detail has enabled him to be highly successful in dealing with new customer instructions. It’s Steve’s consistently confident and reassuring manner which ensures a great rapport is established from the outset. His happy, cheerful and positive attitude is his trademark. The fact that Steve approaches every task he is assigned, with willingness and gusto is clearly the reason his colleagues have voted him as Star Performer for November 2021.

Steve joined us at a time when the housing market was exceptionally busy and Optimus were growing fast. He brought with him invaluable sales and service experience, which meant he quickly made a noticeable contribution to the service team. He works tirelessly and diligently in our customer service team, always happy to help on any task and doesn’t rest until he finds the answer to either a customer or a colleague’s query.
