What is your role at Optimus?
Senior Surveys Consultant!
What does a normal day at work look like for you?
On a typical day, I am speaking to clients and surveyors, handling survey related queries and booking in surveys with the most suitable surveyor. I work with my team to streamline processes and see what we can do to improve the experience – both from our end and for the customer.
What’s one thing you wish everyone knew about surveys?
I wish everyone knew the time and effort a single report takes for the surveyor, and how difficult it is to spot every minor and major imperfection.
What’s your favourite way to start your day?
Standing outside in my garden with a caffeinated drink to boost me up.
