What is your role at Optimus?
Senior Survey Consultant.
What does a normal day at work look like for you?
A typical day at work involves assisting customers in selecting the most suitable survey for their property purchase. I collaborate closely with Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, and Solicitors to nurture and maintain these essential relationships.
What’s one thing you wish everyone knew about surveys?
A survey is a crucial part to any house purchase which is sometimes overlooked. I wish everyone knew that the average property has around £5,750 worth of hidden defects which are only discovered within a Home Survey.
What’s your favourite way to start your day?
