This month, we are delighted to announce that Arta has been awarded our Star Performer award for January!
Arta has been with Optimus since May 2021 and has been an outstanding member of our Service team. Arta’s role involves chasing welcome packs for Money Super Market and Yopa, working on sales progression as well as contacting clients and solicitors regarding updates. Internally, Arta is always available to assist the Optimus team whenever there’s a question or if there is a training need.
Prior to joining Optimus, Arta used to work at Motability Operations for 3 years in the Dealer Services and Vehicle Documentation team as a Service Advisor. Previous to that, Arta worked as a Health Advisor. Arta’s interest in the property industry is what led her to us at Optimus.
We are proud to have Arta as part of our team and look forward to seeing her continue to excel in her role.
