We are thrilled to announce Tom Howson as our February Optimus Star Performer, voted for his consistent approach to his role and leading the team.
Tom has been part of the Optimus team for two years now and has recently been promoted to Conveyancing Sales Manager. Tom is responsible for overseeing direct to customer sales, answering customer queries hitting targets and training and developing the team to deliver the right services to customers.
Before joining us at Optimus, Tom worked as a Classified Advertising Executive for BBC Wildlife Magazine and online services for a media agency. One of Tom’s friends recommended him to Optimus when we were looking to expand the sales team and service new conveyancing opportunities. , Tom saw the property market as an exciting sector to be involved in and was eager to join a company that was making waves in the industry.
We look forward to seeing Tom continue to excel in his role and smash the targets set for the team.
