On November the 2nd, Optimus held our latest Solicitor Strategy Day, an exciting event where key law firm partners from Optimus gathered to look back at the achievement from the last six months, where we stand today, and a discussion about future plans. The day was also an opportunity to honour the hard work, unwavering dedication, and the remarkable successes of our solicitors.
We covered a number of key hot topics around the home moving process and how to improve things for customers by delivering greater speed and certainty. There were some great outcomes from the meeting and a commitment from everyone in the room to collaborate and work together to deliver our goals.
We’ve already taken huge steps forward since the last strategy day six months previous, by working together to deliver a 16-week average completion time, which is 6 weeks ahead of industry average – watch this space to see what else will be coming through from Optimus and our remarkable panel of solicitors to deliver more industry transforming change in the coming months.
