Over the last 12 months, the Optimus team has doubled in size and we’ve been lucky to recruit some fantastic new talent into the team. One of our new recruits, is Tilly, who joined to support our Head of Operations, as a Panel Executive. Tilly has won the star performer for August, voted for by her Optimus colleagues.
Tilly joined the business back in May and as part of her training, was tasked with spending time on each of the service teams, learning processes, building her knowledge and working alongside the team managers. During her time at Optimus, Tilly has more than made her mark, supporting all the teams with her work, learning the complexities of our conveyancing service processes and dealing with everything that’s been asked of her, and more.
Our monthly star performer awards are set up for members of the team to acknowledge the great work of their other team members.

Tilly joined Optimus back in May 2021, as part of our latest recruitment round. Tilly’s experience covers teaching, sales, and service support in education and tech industries. Tilly has been nominated by her peers, because of her attitude, a willingness to learn, take on new tasks and suggest new ideas.
Congratulations to Tilly on winning our star award in August, a real achievement given she’s only been working in the business since May. Tilly has a bright future in the business and we are looking forward to supporting her career in the coming months.
