Ruby joined us in April 2021, mid pandemic, as part of our Surveys team. Ruby’s background is in business development, having also completed an internship with a property investment company. Ruby’s experience meant it wasn’t long before she made her mark, working closely, yet entirely remotely, with her team members for the first six months of her time at Optimus!
Ruby is a diligent and hard-working employee, who never delivers anything less than great quality in all she does. You can guarantee Ruby is always well informed about every detail of the surveys process, working to the highest standards with all of our clients. Without exception, client feedback for Ruby is always outstandingly positive. She is equally well liked and respected by all her colleagues for her cheerful ‘can-do’ manner in whatever challenges she faces.

Ruby works as part of the Surveys team overseeing all aspects of sales support. This includes all the admin processes which ensure the continuous and smooth running of each customer’s journey with our Surveys department.
In addition, she supports our Business Development Managers in their roles, making sure they have all the information they need to complete their work efficiently and effectively.
Ruby never delivers anything less than her best, in the most cheerful and positive manner. It’s for this reason that she is this month’s Star Performer – a popular and highly respected member of the team.
