Our July Star Performer is our Italian superhero, Alfonso Tallo!
Last month, Alfonso has received special recognition as our Star Performer from his peers here at Optimus.
Alfonso has been a Service Team Manager for Brokers and Lenders, having joined the Optimus team back in 2019 as a broker service consultant. Alfonso has grown the team from the ground up and is well respected by everyone he works with for his industry knowledge and can-do attitude to whatever needs to be done!
Alfonso was particularly proud of the relationships he’s built with some of our biggest accounts and solicitors which has helped both him and his team deliver exceptional service levels to our broker and lender accounts. As a team leader, he always leads by example and is there to support his team with coaching, decision making and sharing his invaluable knowledge.

About Alfonso
Before joining Optimus, Alfonso worked for Halifax for eight years doing a range of roles within customer service, branch management and mortgages. It’s this experience in financial services and the mortgage industry which makes Alfonso such a great leader in our broker and lender team!
Outside of Optimus Alfonso recently took on an allotment and has found a new passion in gardening!
