This month’s Star Performer is a remarkable, dedicated professional, Rochelle Frankcom!
Rochelle is part of the Service team at Optimus and has been with the company for over two years. She is a reliable and hard-working member of the team, who is always committed to providing the best customer service possible.
Since joining Optimus, Rochelle has had a massive impact on not only the business but our clients. Putting in 110%, thinking outside of the box, building strong relationships with everyone she works with and generally being a lovely human being!

Rochelle is one of our Senior Service Team Managers, overseeing excellent customer service across the accounts she manages alongside her team.
Prior to joining us, Rochelle worked as a Branch Manager for an estate agency in Bristol. Her experience and knowledge of the property industry has meant she’s had a big impact on servicing some of our most prestigious accounts at Optimus.
Rochelle prides herself on being able to build strong working relationships, ensuring both her own and the wider Optimus team are fully supported – and always with an unwaveringly cheerful disposition. Outside of work, Rochelle is busy with her teenage children!
