At Optimus, we value our people and celebrate them every month with our Star Awards program designed to recognise individuals who go above and beyond, work consistently and embody our values.
This month’s Star Awards theme was trustworthiness and Lauren’s outstanding performance in this area earned her special recognition. She consistently demonstrates a commitment to honesty and truthfulness, which is essential in building trust both with our customers and the team.
Lauren is a Service & Success Leader who joined the Optimus team in February 2020. Her primary responsibility is to manage the moneysupermarket and estate agent accounts alongside our Accelerate onboarding team.
Before joining Optimus, Lauren worked in the property industry for eight years. Her unique skillset has enabled her to provide effective support to our ongoing development and success.
We are incredibly proud of Lauren for winning May’s Star Award! Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful to have her on our team.
