Working in sales takes a special kind of talent, a balance between hitting targets and whilst always working with the customers best interests at heart. Our phone-based sales team work tirelessly explaining the conveyancing process to customers and the benefits of using an Optimus performance-manged solicitor. Tom joined the customer sales team just over 8 months ago and has really made the role his own, making it his mission to provide customers with all the information they need to make an informed buying decision about conveyancing. His hard work and dedication haven’t gone unnoticed by the rest of the team, who have voted Tom our star performer for September.
Our monthly star performer awards are set up for members of the team to acknowledge the great work of their other team members.

Tom joined the team in April this year, moving from a role in advertising sales to join the conveyancing customer sales team. Working remotely for the first seven months, Tom quickly got up to speed with the training and delivering consistent sales numbers.
Tom approaches every day on a mission! His positivity, patience and big smile resonates with the customers he talks to. He takes time with customers so they understand the benefits, the process and the next steps, which often leads to customers emailing back in to give Tom positive feedback. Tom’s a favourite with our customers and a well-deserved winner and we are looking forward to supporting Tom with the next steps in his career.
