Propflo, an AI-driven property transparency platform, today announced a partnership with Optimus – a Landmark Information Group business to streamline the property transaction process.
The partnership will allow Propflo customers to benefit from Optimus’ unrivalled panel management services to help minimise inefficiencies across the transaction pipeline – with the ability to make more informed and green decisions when buying, selling or investing in a property.
With fall-through rates costing the industry over £1bn per year and 14m wasted days, the partnership will help drive forward the wider Landmark mission to improve trust and transparency across the entirety of the market.
