The Optimus team are delighted to announce the appointment of Chem Taylor as our new Director of Panel. Chem who was previously Head of Operations, will head up our partnerships with Solicitors and Surveyors, which is the bedrock of our business.
Chem has been on the journey with Optimus since day 1 and is already a well-known name in the conveyancing industry, having built a reputation for her straight-talking approach. Anyone who has ever worked with Chem will tell you, she is simply a force of nature!
Chem’s appointment supports the continued growth of Optimus, having just completed another successful financial year. Our drive for excellence starts with our conveyancing and surveying partners. Chem’s vision of having a wide and varied panel, underpinned by a common drive for superior customer experience, is what Optimus has been built on. Chem’s solicitor relationships and approach to panel management has navigated Optimus through the ups and downs of the last three years, ensuring guaranteed capacity to our users and agreed volumes to our partners.
