Optimus – the conveyancing panel management specialist for mortgage brokers, lenders, estate agents and introducers – has today announced a partnership with Yourkeys, which is part of Zoopla, to integrate the Optimus conveyancing panel management services into its real-time transaction and data platform for house builders and estate agents.
The easy-to-use Yourkeys platform, which is used by more than 50 housebuilders, has proven to accelerate the new homes time to exchange by 37% and reduce cancellations by over 24%.
By partnering with Optimus, Yourkeys customers will receive faster property conveyancing quotes and immediately have the option to instruct a top-rated, performance-managed conveyancing firm within the Yourkeys platform to finalise the transaction.
Yourkeys’ platform significantly accelerates the property sales process of new build properties whilst giving all stakeholders visibility of the transaction in real-time. It automates the reservation process allowing developers to onboard buyers in a matter of minutes, including both ID verifications and AML checks before creating all the relevant documents required for a reservation.
